For extended assistance contracts, use the dedicated communication methods issued during the activation phase.

Specialized technical staff

Our specialized technical staff handle more than 460 tickets and more than 520 phone calls, monthly. The telephone technical assistance service is active from Monday to Friday from 9 to 13 and from 14 to 18 excludin g holidays or 24/7, depending on the customer subscribed SLA.
